Chandler Hill Vineyards Wedding in Spring with Marie & Eric

There are those times when things just come together in a way that you know it is a perfect fit. When Marie first contacted us about potentially photographing their wedding, we were out of town in Colorado for another wedding. In the course of our conversation, we found out that they were living in Denver. What normally would have been a massively long distance ended up being little more than an hour away! We worked it out so that we could make the drive up to meet them in Denver, and while we were there, let’s go ahead and do your engagement photos. It worked out perfectly, and we know we were going to have a wonderful time working with them.

Fast forward 8 months later, and it is time for their wedding here in St. Louis at the amazing Chandler Hill Vineyards. In fact, it was our first wedding of the year after welcoming our new little baby girl Elanor to the world. What a better way to get back at it than starting at one of our favorite locations with an amazing couple? The weather was amazing for early April…even if it was a little bit windy. But, a little wind could not stop everyone from loving every moment (even if there might have been a few times when Marie’s veil caught the wind like a sail and wanted to blow away). There were so many wonderful moments throughout the day, and the joy on Marie and Eric’s faces all day was so contagious.
